Quality Control
As a food processing facility, food safety is our number one priority.
By following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), monitoring and updating our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plan, and regularly testing our products, we are committed to ensuring that our products are not only high-quality, but also safe.
As members of the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM), an international organization comprised of grain millers and allied trades representatives, we continually advance our education and training to stay up-to-date on milling industry best practices.
The Kashruth Council of Canada has also certified our products and facilities as kosher. As part of the certification process, the Council regularly and periodically inspects our facility to ensure continued compliance.
